2023년 6월 1일, 아파브 그룹의 ABS컨설팅 TIV 사업부 인수 절차가 종료되었습니다. 아파브코리아를 비롯 전세계 14개에서 ABS 컨설팅을 모태로 한 아파브 TIV 사업부가 새로 출범했습니다. 종료일 이후, 아파브 그룹은 TIV 사업부의 지분 100%를 모두 소유하게 됩니다. 150년 역사의 아파브 그룹은 본 인수 합병을 통해 에너지 및 산업 설비 분야의 전문성 및 지역 기반을 확대하고, 한단계 높은 수준의 고객 서비스를 지속적으로 제공할 것입니다.

Apave, an international group with more than 150 years of experience in technical, environmental, human and digital risk management, announces that it has finalised the acquisition of the entire technical inspection service line of the American ABS Group, based in Houston.

This signature follows the entry into exclusive negotiations between Apave and ABS Group announced in November 2022.

​

This acquisition is part of the Apave Group's ambitious strategic plan for 2025, which aims to double the Group's international presence in priority geographies, business activities and sectors.

Apave is delighted to be able to benefit from the expertise and know-how of the 700 employees and contractors from the ABS Group, whose presence in 14 countries, particularly in the Middle East and Asia, will help strengthen Apave's international footprint in the key markets of Energy and Industrial Equipment.
